I paired this 3 hoop crinoline petticoat under this dress for my daughter's daddy daughter dance. It is very adjustable!! The bones in the hoops can be adjusted. The waist is very adjustable. My 5'2" 185 pound self could absolutely use this petticoat as well if I wanted to. We love it and have found a couple other reasons to wear it since we have purchased it.
