At SunnyPetal, every gown is thoughtfully crafted—often made-to-order just for your child. To honor this bespoke process and reduce textile waste, our return policy is designed with clarity, care, and sustainability in mind.


✨ Start With a Perfect Fit – Free Custom Sizing

To avoid returns altogether, we offer complimentary custom sizing on all dresses. Simply share your child’s measurements at checkout, and our artisans will create a gown that fits flawlessly—no guesswork, no waste.


✅ Returns for Eligible Ready-Made Items (Within 7 Days)

Only standard-size, ready-made items may be returned, and only if:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached
  • The order contains only one item (we do not accept returns on orders with multiple dresses)

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns due to change of mind (e.g., size, color, or style). This helps us maintain affordable pricing and minimize environmental impact.


🚫 No Returns Accepted For

  • Custom-made gowns (including those using our free sizing service)
  • Orders with multiple items (e.g., “buy 2, keep 1”)
  • Altered or modified items (e.g., hemmed, strap-adjusted)
  • Worn, damaged, or perfume-scented items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

🎁 Full Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

If your dress arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund—including original shipping—or send a replacement at no cost to you.


🔄 Exchanges Are Not Available

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order. For eligible single-item returns, you may return the original item separately (subject to the above conditions).


📦 Return Shipping & Refund Timeline

You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable method. SunnyPetal is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit. Approved refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
